Keith Cowing
Founder and CEO

Keith is the founder and CEO of SeamlessReceipts. He started the business as a way to help consumers manage their wasteful clutter of paper receipts. During this process, he found an opportunity to help retailers connect with customers and improve targeted marketing campaigns. Keith has held engineering and management roles at Cypress Semiconductor, Lockheed Martin, and Goldman Sachs. He has been involved with several Internet ventures and has consulted for firms such as Trilogy, The Business Insider, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Keith holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University and is an MBA candidate at Cornell's Johnson Graduate School of Management. You can read more about Keith on his blog: The Journey of Entrepreneurship.

Ilya Mezheritsky
VP, Business Development

Ilya focuses on building relationships with retailers and designing custom implementations for clients. Ilya's experience includes seven years at PwC, where he managed the analysis, design, and implementation of various technology solutions for Fortune 500 companies. He also led the technology development for a startup healthcare company and worked at Pacific Sunwear.

Ilya holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Cornell University.

Richard Safran
VP, Technology

Richard was previously a co-founder and the VP of Technology at TheLadders.com. He has served as a software developer and technology leader at several high growth businesses. Richard has extensive experience in enterprise software, web applications, data, and security.

Max Englander
Customer Experience Lead

Max recently graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and a minor in Computer Science. He was a key member of a 14 person team that built SeamlessReceipts' original architecture during the company's inception. He also has experience building technology solutions for the Statler School of Hotel Administration and Siemens Medical Systems.

Stephen Purpura
Advisor

Stephen Purpura is an Information Science doctoral candidate at Cornell University and his research interests complement 19 years of technology research, development, and operations experience. He has held management, product marketing, and software engineering positions at Microsoft, Intel, Comcast, and several technology startups. At Cornell University, his work is related to the strategic use of information through data mining, natural language processing, micro-targeting and information retrieval. He has been involved with SeamlessReceipts since its inception and plays an active role in various aspects of the business.

Stephen has a master's degree in Public Policy from Harvard's Kennedy School of Government and a bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Washington.

Leo Chang
Advisor

Leo is currently the Chief Technology Officer of Infospace (NASDAQ: INSP). He was a co-founder and lead technologist for Clickshift (acquired by Webtrends) and Flyswat (acquired by NBCi). He also served as the VP of Software Engineering for Savi Technology before its acquisition by Lockheed Martin. Leo has an extensive track record taking ventures from ideas through successful exits and he brings a wealth of knowledge to the SeamlessReceipts team.

Leo holds a bachelor's and a master's degree in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
